The Webster campus is the largest office space for Xerox’s global operations, with more than five million square feet of office, manufacturing, lab, and warehouse space. An Alerton BACnet system was the selection for the site-wide energy management platform. The project consists of over 30,000 points with integration to numerous third party vendors. A data historian is also used for long term storage of historical trend data and for measurement and verification purposes.

Formerly Xerox Tower, Innovation Square will encompass entire city block, including a 30-story high-rise building, a 750 person auditorium, a small out-parcel building, and a full parking garage underneath. The collaborative campus is retrofitted as housing, commercial , and college student living spaces with connections to high-tech companies in Downtown Rochester.

Campus systems controlled and monitored include a CHP (combined heat and power) plant, micro turbines, and a steam turbine. The CHP system provides campus buildings with both thermal and electrical energy, meeting 65% of campus heating and 20% of campus electrical needs, while reducing the campus-wide carbon footprint by 22%. It is a major component of ESF’s Climate Action Plan which encompasses the vision of carbon neutrality and reduced fossil fuel dependence. Other systems controlled include photovoltaic cell arrays, lighting control with interface to HVAC systems, lab fume hood controls, rainwater reclamation, power monitoring, as well as central station, and terminal HVAC equipment.

As an economic engine for Upstate New York, and one of the region’s largest employers, Turning Stone is widely recognized for its crucial role in maintaining its high standards and distinction as best-in-class resort destination. Turning Stone reimagined several venues to support events like concerts, weddings, and meetings, as well as upgrades that will continue to improve the overall guest experience including the Showroom, Shenendoah Clubhouse, and Lodge Lounge. While Turning Stone developed a comprehensive health and safety plan during the pandemic, it is also charting a strong post-pandemic return by making a multi-million dollar investment to transform many of its popular venues.

The Frederick Douglass Airport completed a $79 million renovation which received the 2019 Airports Going Green (AGG) Award which recognizes the contributions of an outstanding project in pursuit of sustainability within the aviation industry. The goal was to create a high-tech smart facility that best serves the business and economic needs, while reducing barriers for passengers with disabilities. These features include 2,350 LED lighting array units, high-tech HVAC management of energy with cost control measures, and being the first in the nation to incorporate visual cues using smart color-coded LED lighting integration.

Elbridge is the headquarters for Tessy Plastics, which manufactures injection molded plastic products. The company employs 1,000 people worldwide and provides fabricated parts and supplies to Gillette, Duracell, BT Fuze, Abbott Point of Care, Scott Aviation, Johnson and Johnson companies, Lutron, and Welch Allyn. In Auburn, Tessy transformed a 400,000 square-foot warehouse into a state-of-the-art- medical manufacturing facility to produce COVID-19 rapid test kits.

Auburn is located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State on the northern tip of Owasco Lake. The city of 27,000 is located 25 miles west of Syracuse, at the center of Cayuga County. The Auburn Enlarged City School District serves both Auburn and the municipalities of Fleming, Sennett and Owasco, with a total district population of about 37,000.
