At PASCO we strive to create a positive work/life balance. We constructed a poll for our employees in order to better understand what it is we stand for as a whole. The dozens of values were not limited to just the workplace or career, but also one’s personal beliefs and desires. The anonymous poll encouraged people to choose and rank which values took priority in their lives and at the end we were presented with our top five.

Building Automation Systems Sales Engineer

Research and identify potential Building Automation System (BAS) opportunities for commercial and industrial buildings with existing or new customers. Provide technical presentations to facility owners and engineers for BAS design applications and operation. Work with existing customers for optimization of BAS to achieve lowest operating and maintenance costs. Develops technical proposals.

Control Systems Design & Commissioning Engineer

Creates, maintains and designs detailed mechanical ATC drawings of equipment and software to meet customer specifications.
Acts an In-House Commissioning Agent to review completed jobs remotely before they are turned over to the customer.

Project Manager

Directs and manages multiple Building Automation System (BAS) installation projects. Ensures all projects are completed on time and within budget. Develops BAS installation schedule, directs electrician, and commissions the project.

Building Automation Systems Service Technician

Performs Building Automation System (BAS) maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and upgrades for existing PASCO BAS Customers.

Apprentice

Works under direction of a Project Manager or Service Technician. Works with an electrician to accomplish point checks, works with a balancer to complete balancing, works with the Project Manager of Service Technician to commission a project. Apprentice is to complete PASCO apprenticeship program within two years while working toward the position of Project Manager or Building Automation System Service Technician.
